This rule proposes to increase Medicare’s bundled payment for dialysis, change the quality incentive program, add phosphate binders to the dialysis bundle, and pay clinics an add-on payment for training those with acute kidney injury (AKI) to do dialysis at home starting in 2025. Read the proposed rule and submit your comment on the link provided.
